Vibra
Vibra…from Vibration
Sound therapy is founded on a physical law,
the principle of resonance, meaning the influence that a system
(like a body or an organ) receives
when a source of sound waves (such as a bowl)
emits a sound frequency that is similar
to its own natural frequencies of vibration (its resonance frequencies).
The vibration of the bowl and the gong
have the power of provoking a similar vibration on another body.
The vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes
stimulate the body which tuning with the instrument frequency
recovers by itself its own harmonic frequencies.
The body joins the vibration waves driven
by its own healthy and natural vibrations.
The sound vibration creates an oscillation in the air
molecules that vibrate, resonate, and transmit the vibration to the adjacent molecules.
This is how it spreads and its speed will depend on the elements it will come across.
In the case of propagating in the water,
the speed of the sound is five times higher than through the air.
Considering that 70% of our body is water,
we can conclude that our body is a suitable means for sound transmission.
We are constantly vibrating.
Every molecule, cell, tissue, organ, gland, bone,
and body fluids have their own vibration rate.
The whole Univers is Vibration
